You will receive a PC-based software program, that includes back-office management
facilities, an onsite registration console, and the ability to generate HTML and ASP
files so that you can host your own web registration on your own site.
Your license options include:
- Single event license
- One-year multi-event license
- Three-year multi-event license
||You can license ShowRunner for one or more events, but let us do some or all of the work.
We can host a web registration, print badges and tickets, and even handle onsite registration.
Prices reflect the size of your event and the options you will need:
- Registration web site hosting fee
- Registration web site customization charges
- Credit card discount fees (if taking payment by credit card)
- Per-registrant transaction charge (if not taking payment by credit card)
- Onsite training and support
- Badge printers and badge stock

What's Involved If You Host Your Own Web Registration and Accept Credit Cards Over the Web?
You will need an account with a supported merchant processor.
The cost will vary depending on the processor you select and your credit history.
But because the processing must be integrated into ShowRunner's web registration,
you cannot use ordinary shopping cart software although PayPal is an option.
You will also need a secure server (which requires the purchase of a certificate)
or some other means of encrypting all transmissions (like VPN), and IIS along with
the ability to support ASP and ODBC processes on your web server.
